Our Team
Sarah Bozzo
Discipleship & Counseling Training Coordinator
Sarah is a dynamic speaker, biblical counselor, and advocate whose passion for restoration and hope stems from her own powerful journey of healing. A survivor of domestic violence and a single mother of three, she uses her voice to inspire and uplift others who feel unseen and unheard.
With a bachelor’s degree in psychology and currently pursuing her doctorate in theology with a specialization in counseling, Sarah combines academic insight with real-life experience. She has served as a recovery home counselor in a faith-based setting, walking alongside women in their darkest seasons—and now mentors the very seeds once planted in her own life and ministry.
Her professional experience includes serving as a domestic violence advocate, training medical professionals in trauma-informed care, and working as a case manager for foster and transitional-age youth. At the Ventura County Believe Center, she serves as our Discipleship & Counseling Training Coordinator as well as biblical counselor and care navigator.
Most importantly, Sarah knows that everything she does is only possible because of the strength God has given her through every trial. Her life is a living testimony that God redeems, restores, and renews—and she boldly declares His faithfulness wherever she is called to speak.
“The joy of the Lord is my strength.” - Nehemiah 8:10

The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he lead me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake. Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. - Psalms 23
Brie Hollars
Photographer | A Lil Bit Cheesey Photography
Brie Hollars is a professional photographer with over 10 years of experience and the founder of A Lil Bit Cheesey Photography. Her passion for capturing memories was born from personal loss—after her childhood home was destroyed in a fire, she understood the irreplaceable value of photographs, especially for families with limited means.
After traveling the country with her husband and their four dogs, Brie felt God’s call to settle in Ventura County, where she has joyfully served the Ventura County Believe Center since its launch. Through her creative lens, she has documented events, supported programs, and offered donation-based portrait sessions so that no family misses the opportunity to preserve their memories.
From baptisms and weddings to community gatherings—and even photographing X Games athletes—Brie uses her craft as a ministry. Every photo she captures is an expression of her faith, reminding people that they are seen, loved, and more precious than gold.
And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity. - Colossians 3:14

Care Navigator & Outreach Minister
Blanca serves as a Care Navigator and Outreach Minister with the Ventura County Believe Center, where she walks alongside individuals and families in crisis with compassion, prayer, and practical support.
