Tamara
We met Tamara at One Stop in Ventura. The Ventura County Health Care Agency does a wonderful job connecting our unhoused neighbors to the different agencies in our community to give people like Tamara the help they need.
We were able to help Tamara with Case Management services. We were able to get a hotel room for her for 1 night, give her a bible, food, restored hope, prayer and assisted her to get stable housing.
God opened a door for her to get her own place, the Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program assisted her with her first month rent and deposit.
Our organization was able to furnish her place and supply her with other essentials as well. She is currently connected to a local Church in Ventura and is so grateful for ALL the people that came along side her to make this possible.
It’s AMAZING to see how all the different agencies/organizations came together to help Tamara get off the streets.
